The situation
Maana Law is a personal injury firm in Mississauga with a 4.8 star reputation and real wins for clients. Online, it barely existed: about 100 website clicks a month, a Google Business Profile that sat untouched, and no presence in ChatGPT or Google AI. Large, well known PI firms took most of the local searches.
The founder's first message to us was blunt: they barely got leads from their website or Google profile and didn't show up in AI answers at all.
What we did
Month 1: foundation
We launched conversion tracked Google Ads on the highest intent terms so leads started in the first week. At the same time we fixed technical issues, added legal schema, rebuilt the Google Business Profile, built the first 30+ citations and published the first service pages and guides.
Months 2 and 3: scale
We added location pages for Mississauga neighbourhoods, more than 16 new guides and FAQ schema. Citation building accelerated, and we optimized for specific Map Pack terms. The firm reached a 2.16 average rank for "truck accident lawyer Mississauga" and 3.77 for "motorcycle accident lawyer Mississauga".
Month 4: compounding
With 40+ pages live and 260+ keywords indexed, organic leads grew and AI platforms began citing the firm. We scaled winning ad campaigns and cut the rest.
The result
- 200 qualified leads in 120 days: 86 organic, 75 from ads, 39 from Google Business Profile
- 622,000 Google impressions
- GBP calls up 77.3% on the same period the year before
- $66.80 cost per paid lead, well below typical GTA PI costs
What this means for a Montréal PI firm
The system transfers, but the keywords don't. In Quebec, we would point the same engine at SAAQ and CNESST appeals, civil liability and medical liability instead of car accident claims. See personal injury lawyer SEO in Montréal.
