The situation
Cloudhaus Law is a boutique franchise and MSB compliance firm with ten years of experience, more than 70 franchise matters handled and a perfect 5.0 rating. Its founder, Irbaz Wahab, told us he was very good at his work but only got two or three decent inquiries a month.
The site ranked for about 50 keywords, ads ran without proper tracking, and AI assistants never mentioned the firm.
What we did
Months 1 and 2
We rebuilt Google Ads around lead generation with tracking on forms, bookings and calls, fixed 37 technical SEO issues, and rebuilt the Google Business Profile. First leads arrived within two weeks.
Months 3 and 4
We published 50+ location and service pages covering franchise agreements, disclosure documents, compliance and litigation, along with 50+ articles, and built citations and guest posts. More than 120 leads came in during these two months.
Months 5 and 6
We scaled the best campaigns, cut cost per lead by 35%, and reinforced authority. The firm began appearing as the top recommendation in ChatGPT and Google AI for its niche.
The result
- 361 qualified leads: 243 paid and 118 organic
- About $315,000 in estimated revenue in six months
- 1.00 average Map rank for "franchise lawyer Toronto"
- 467 keywords ranking, up from about 50
- Named by ChatGPT as its recommendation for MSB law in Richmond Hill
